Event Pricing

We try to keep your event planning as simple as possible.

Open Bar

For open bar events, we charge $8/person for a 2 hour event:

Cash Bar

For cash bar events we require minimum sales commitment. For a 2 hour event:

For all events, a $150 deposit is required at time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if the event is cancelled more than 14 days in advance. Events cancelled 14 or less days in advance forfeit the deposit.

For Open Bar events, remaining balance will be due prior to the event. A final invoice will be issued after the event if the headcount exceeds the original agreement.

For Cash Bar events, if the minimum sales commitment is met, the deposit will be refunded in full. If minimum sales are not met, deposit will be applied to the balance. Any leftover deposit will be refunded. If minimum sales commitment remains unmet, a final invoice will be issued.

What’s included

Your event booking includes:

  • espresso bar, including handmade seasonal flavors (hot or iced)

  • drip coffee

  • hot tea

  • hot chocolate

  • chai (hot or iced)

  • cold brew

  • a friendly barista or two

Additional options are available too:

  • iced tea, including handmade seasonal flavors (+$50)

  • lemonade based speciality seasonal drinks (+$50)

  • fresh baked cookies or biscotti (price based on quantity)
